    Closing Coordinator
    We are in search of a self-motivated, assertive, accountable, action-oriented, and optimistic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts to join this agent's team. The perfect team member will be an outside of the box thinker and a problem solver who is always looking for ways to improve processes.

    In addition to having or gaining the entire skill set of an accomplished real estate professional, you will be helping to manage a small company. We hope you like variety and are stimulated by diverse work responsibilities. Small business owners wear a lot of hats; as the Transaction Coordinator, you will too!
    This individual will receive mentoring and coaching from the best leaders in the real estate industry. They will be exposed to HUGE opportunities and a career that will take them to places they never dreamed.

    $30,000 - $40,000 to start with growth opportunities for the right person
    -Responsible for the processing of all contracts through closing.
    -Establish an effective line of communication between agents and clients.
    Assures that all post-closing disbursements, filing, and procedures take place.
    -Responsible for keeping the entire team updated on the progress of all contracts and advises team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution.
    -Maintains all vendor and service provider files.
    -Can work well independently, but also realize the value in working on a team.
    -Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet skills
    -Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents

    Buyer Specialist - Realtor®

    This position has a high impact on our organization, so you may spend up to 6 weeks training as an Inside Sales Agent before transitioning to Outside Sales. We want to give you every tool we can to enable you to be extremely successful.  We don't just hire anyone for this position, as it is a high paying position that requires accountability, consistency, and strong work ethic. If you are chosen for this position, all of these traits will be expected of you as a member of our team.

    Win new clients by presenting The Trisha Cook Team's unique value proposition, guiding clients, answering questions, and kicking off the home buying process.
    Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle, and help clients understand next steps throughout the home sale process.
    -Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the contract process through closing.
    -Advise clients regarding inspection periods, next steps, etc.
    -Expedite the resolution of client concerns and complaints to maximize client satisfaction.
    Partner with our Marketing Team to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
    -Willing and able to obtain a real estate license. (You do not need real estate experience to apply but you will need a solid background in growth and accountability to be considered!)
    3+ years of experience in the corporate world in a sales position or in a role requiring contract negotiations or managing vendor relationships. OR 3+ years of management in the services sector (restaurants, high-end retail, etc.).
    -Excellent selling and negotiation skills. Willing to learn and practice new sales skills.
    -Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
    -Exceptional communicator, able to adapt your communication style to meet your client's needs.
    -Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales or of meeting ambitious goals.
    -Must be willing to regularly work evenings and weekends, and willing to regularly work 50+ hours per week to meet your goals. (Since this is a real estate role, we have to be available when our clients are available. They are often only available outside of normal business hours. Just know that high pay like what we are giving the opportunity to earn requires sacrifice)
    -Willing to accept phone calls and follow up with clients between 8 AM and 8 PM daily (including Saturday and Sunday).
    Compensation & Benefits
    -As a Buyer Specialist pay is commission only with the potential to earn $100,000 - $200,000.
